Man this is really a step backwards for India. Not like Pratibhaji is a bad person, but she really doesn't have it in her to be President. Playing table-tennis and being Prez is not the same. What I can imagine now is that the defense forces will be serving in the kitchen & Punjab Army will be instructed in Marathi! And now all the murderers who are relatives of Pratibha Patil are going to be free...what a Prez! We can now take loans for sugar mills, then not pay back and step down from Chairpersonship. As she is going to be the President of India, the countrymen expects her to be clean and such nature of not answering, can it be considered as the charges are true or she is arrogant so that she does not care to the citizens.
